– Discuss Microsoft Office and Apache OpenOffice — status of each, benefits of each, using one vs. another. Could also throw in Google Drive apps (formerly known as Google Docs), for good measure. My latest book, Idiot’s Guide to Microsoft Excel 2013, should be in stores any day now, and I’m in the middle of writing a big textbook on OpenOffice, so all these apps are front and center on my radar scope right now!
