Tammy Ruggles is a legally blind photographer, finger painter, and writer based in Kentucky. Some of her paintings, photos, and writing has been published in literary journals, art magazines, and consumer publications such as Writer’s Digest, Art Times Journal, Disney’s Family Fun Magazine, Chicken Soup for the Soul and many more. Being a legally blind photographer and artist has its challenges, but she find ways to adapt, and Technology is also a big helper to her.
