Fenix TK22 V2.0 Review

Fenix TK22 V2.0 Review

At some point in time, we have demanded more and more of our flashlights. Not only must they be the beacon in the dark, but apparently the steel mounted, shock-proof, tool of destruction that handheld lighting was always meant to be.

We had a chance to get our hands on the Fenix TK22 V2.0 Tactical Flashlight, and to say the least we were impressed.

Sturdy, you can definitely tell the quality that went into this device. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a good photo of the beam, but the output is nothing to sneeze at. For hunting, hiking, and more, this little device will give you all the light you’ll need on the go. And really, at the end of the day, can you ask for much more?

The IP68 rating is pretty standard. Don’t take this diving and don’t drop it off a cliff and you should be well served.

Feels good to the hand, grips easy, and overall works as intended. The only sticking point I would have, and this is coming from a consumer to this new space. The batteries are not standard. You have to use something like the L21-5000 Rechargeable battery. But clearly this would bleed a typical AA in a matter of minutes.

For the people in your lives that get away from the computer, go camping, or need a singular flashlight that will serve the biggest purpose, the Fenix TK22 V2.0 definitely is worth the look. And again, be sure to pick up the battery as well!
