Hour one: Sling Media at CES introduced an expanded platform for Slingbox designed to enhance the TV-viewing experience for customers who own the recently released Slingbox 500 or Slingbox 350 devices. This new platform includes new ways to discover, watch and share content on your TV or any portable device. Users can now share photos and video on their TV through a connected USB drive through SlingSync. Additionally, the Slingbox Companion app features new content discovery tools and navigation capabilities to turn connected devices into TV remotes.
